Children and Family Hubs in Hackney provide information, help and support to families.
Children and Family Hubs Partnership works with families to nurture children, enhance resilience, and improve educational outcomes.
These ‘one-stop shops’ provide guidance on family support, infant feeding, mental health, health services, debt assistance, employment support, housing aid, early years education, and play activities. Support is available from conception to age 19, or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
