Dr. Goel qualified as a doctor from Oxford University and the London Hospital Medical school in 1991. He started the Lea Surgery along with his wife Mrs. Lalita Goel in January 2001. His main interests include diabetes, rheumatology including joint injection, IT and the training of GP's.

Dr. Goel takes the lead for quality assurance and dealing with any complaints.
